Do I need to approve a proof?
No. We create and check your custom artwork using your photo and notes, then send the finished file directly to print. We will contact you if the photo or an important detail needs clarification.
When will my portrait ship?
We work to get your artwork on its way as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 3–5 days of purchase. If the photo needs clarification, we will contact you and timing may change.
When will I receive a shipping link?
We email a tracking link as soon as your finished portrait ships. Tracking becomes available when a shipping label is created, after printing. It may take up to 24 hours for carrier movement to appear.
When should my portrait arrive?
Estimated U.S. delivery is 6–10 business days from purchase. Most orders ship within 3–5 days, and standard U.S. shipping generally takes about 3–4 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, holidays, photo questions, production changes, and carrier delays can add time.
Is standard U.S. shipping included?
Yes. Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is included in every available portrait size. No code is needed.
What animals can you portray?
Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, and other companion animals are welcome. Choose one pet or two together in a single portrait.
What makes a good photo?
Choose a sharp, well-lit original taken near your pet’s eye level, with the eyes, ears, muzzle, and important markings visible. Read our photo guide for more.
What happens if my photo is not clear enough?
We contact you for a clearer image or a needed detail before creating the artwork. A photo question may extend the normal turnaround.
Is this a painting or a print?
Your portrait is custom digital watercolor-style artwork professionally printed on textured canvas or matte paper in a black wood frame. The finished surface is a print rather than paint applied by hand.
